Areas we cover
Loft insulation across London and the home counties
We work in 208 areas across Greater London, Surrey, Kent, Essex and Hertfordshire. Choose yours below for local detail, area-specific questions and a map of the coverage.
The list is organised by region rather than by borough, because the way people describe where they live rarely matches the administrative boundary. If your area is not listed — and the list is not exhaustive — call us anyway. We cover a continuous area rather than a patchwork, so a postcode on the edge of one of these is almost certainly still ours.

How our coverage works
We are a London-based installer working out of vans rather than a national franchise routing jobs to whoever is nearest. In practice that means our teams cover a defined patch each week, and most areas on this page see us regularly rather than occasionally. It is why we can usually offer a survey slot within the same week, and why there is no travel surcharge anywhere on the list.
Outside Greater London
Our coverage extends into the surrounding counties — Surrey to the south west, Kent to the south east, Essex to the east and Hertfordshire to the north. The housing there is different in character from the inner boroughs: more interwar and post-war detached and semi-detached property, more modern trussed roofs, and generally larger lofts. That changes the specification rather than the price per square metre.
Flats, maisonettes and shared roofs
Top-floor flats frequently have a loft void above them, and whether you can insulate it depends on who owns it. In a converted house the roof space is often demised to the top-floor flat; in a purpose-built block it usually belongs to the freeholder and is common parts. It is worth checking your lease before booking, and we are happy to talk it through at survey stage.
Landlords and managing agents
If you hold several properties across these areas, we can survey them in a single visit and quote as one job. We can also supply our public liability certificate and product documentation up front for compliance files. Mention it when you get in touch.
